If you need to exchange, replace or donate your ticket, please submit the following information:
• Subscriber ID number
• Program title
• Number of tickets to be exchanged
• Requested date and time
• Valid name, address and phone number
• Ticket check number(s)
PNB understands you may need to exchange your tickets for another performance. Subscribers receive FREE & FLEXIBLE ticket exchanges! Request your exchange at least 24 hours before your subscribed performance (this allows us time to make your seats available for resale). Please have your subscriber ID and tickets in hand so we may quickly access your account.
Note: Season tickets must be exchanged for another performance of the same program (for example, Don Quixote tickets cannot be exchanged for NEW WORKS tickets). Exchanges are free if made at least 24 hours in advance of your subscribed performance. Exchanges made less than 24 hours before your performance are subject to a $5 per ticket fee.
NEW! PNB understands that the holidays are busy and that you may need to change the date of your Nutcracker performance. Request your exchange at least 48 hours before your ticketed Nutcracker performance (this allows us time to make your seats available for resale). Please have your subscriber ID and tickets in hand so we may quickly access your account. You must be a current season subscriber to exchange your Nutcracker tickets. Although we will do our best, due to the nature of Nutcracker, we cannot guarantee similar seating will be available for your new date. Group tickets (even group subscriptions) cannot be exchanged. We are unable to exchange Nutcracker tickets within 48 hours of the ticketed performance.
Your unused season tickets may be redeemed for another regular season performance on an "as-available" basis (excludes add-on performances such as Nutcracker and special events). Please note that a $10 per ticket fee is charged for redemption. Bring unused tickets to the McCaw Hall Box Office beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance you wish to attend. Seating cannot be guaranteed or arranged in advance. Missed prepaid parking cannot be redeemed.
PNB will re-issue lost season tickets for the same performance at no cost. Call the PNB Box Office 206.441.2424 to arrange your replacement pass. Tickets may also be re-issued at the McCaw Hall Box Office starting 90 minutes prior to curtain.
Donate your ticket back to PNB by calling 206.441.2424. Donated tickets are tax-deductible and must be returned prior to your subscription performance to receive a donation receipt.
