Did you know that the shipping costs alone to bring Alexei Ratmansky’s Don Quixote from Dutch National Ballet to PNB amount to $120,000? That’s quite a tab for transportation. Help us bring this vibrant ballet to the stage of McCaw Hall by joining the Don Q Fan Club.

In February 2015, PNB will welcome Alexei Ratmansky’s Don Quixote back to the stage of McCaw Hall. Created for the Dutch National Ballet in 2010, this fresh take on the timeless Spanish classic includes three acts of beautiful scenery and 280 elaborate costumes and props by renowned designer Jerome Kaplan including tutus, capes, castanets and, of course, fans.

Presenting such a large scale production would not be possible without the generosity of donors like you. With a host of exciting benefits offered to bring you behind the scenes of the production, your gift garners you access while making quite an impact on the organization. For example, with a gift of $1,000 or more you’ll be invited to an exclusive Flamenco Class taught by PNBS faculty and featuring demonstrations by PNB Company members. Sound like fun?  To join the Don Quixote Fan Club and reserve your spot in class, please contact Lilah Helton in PNB’s Development Office at (206) 441-3594 or lhelton@pnb.org.

p.s. Thanks to the generosity of a lead donor, every gift up to $25,000 to support the Don Q Fan Club will be matched, dollar for dollar. Make a gift today and double your impact!
