Corps de Ballet

Leanne Duge is from Rocky River, Ohio. She trained on scholarship at Cleveland School of Dance, the School of Cleveland San Jose Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. She joined Pacific Northwest Ballet as an apprentice in 2005 and was promoted to corps de ballet in 2006.

Ms. Duge has danced featured roles in George Balanchine's Concerto Barocco and La Sonnambula, Ronald Hynd's The Sleeping Beauty, and Kent Stowell's Nutcracker and Swan Lake. While a student at Pacific Northwest Ballet School, Ms. Duge danced numerous corps de ballet roles with Pacific Northwest Ballet, including performances of Stowell's Nutcracker and Swan Lake. For the 2004 Annual School Performance, she performed a featured role in Balanchine's Symphony in C, and she danced the leading role in Marius Petipa's Paquita for the 2005 Annual School Performance.
