Corps de Ballet
Sokvannara Sar is from Angkor Wat, Cambodia. He trained at Pacific Northwest Ballet School and the School of American Ballet. Mr. Sar joined Pacific Northwest Ballet as an apprentice in 2006 and was promoted to corps de ballet in 2007.
He has danced featured roles in George Balanchine's La Sonnambula, Kent Stowell's Nutcracker and Twyla Tharp's Waterbaby Bagatelles. Photo: Angela Sterling. |
