A special thank you to Patricia Barker for 26 years of remarkable artistry, elegance, grace and beauty.
Pacific Northwest Ballet established the Patricia Barker Endowed Scholarship Fund to honor this premiere ballet dancer's 26 years of remarkable artistry, elegance, grace & beauty. Ballerinas such as Patricia Barker are rare and unique. PNB has been extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to watch Patricia grow from a promising PNB School student to an internationally renowned artist. You can honor her performing career with PNB and help to preserve Patricia's legacy by making a gift to the Patricia Barker Endowed Scholarship Fund.
The Patricia Barker Endowed Scholarship Fund provides:
- an annual scholarship to PNB School for a talented Washington State student who may not otherwise have the financial means for dance education.
- the funding required for a PNB School student to travel and attend an out-of-town summer course to broaden his/her exposure to dance.
The Patricia Barker Endowed Scholarship Fund is part of PNB's Endowment ensuring that PNB School will always have an aspiring Patricia Barker in the studios while honoring the legacy of one of PNB's most beloved ballerinas.
If you have any questions on how to contribute to this important fund, please contact Lilah Ostmann in PNB's Development Office at 206.441.3594 or LOstmann@pnb.org.
