The Francia Russell Center, opened in fall 2002, is conveniently located East of downtown Bellevue in the Bel-Red area. From SR-520 Eastbound, take the 124th Ave NE exit. Turn left on Northup Way, which becomes NE 20th St. Turn right at 132nd Ave NE, and left at NE 16th St. The Francia Russell Center is on the left.

Classes are offered in Mommy and Me, PNB Tots, Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Levels I-VI, Open Program and PNBConditioning.

The Eastside School features:
