Marion Oliver McCaw Hall is located at 321 Mercer St. (Mercer Street and 3rd Avenue North), on the North side of the Seattle Center. Take the Mercer Street exit from I-5. At the first light, turn right. At the next light turn left on to Valley Street. Follow Valley Street as it turns into Broad St. and then turn right after the overpass. Take a right on 5th Avenue. Turn left on Roy Street, then turn left onto 2nd Avenue. Turn left onto Mercer Street. Marion Oliver McCaw Hall is directly on your right. See below for parking information. There is a large parking garage (the Mercer Garage) conveniently located directly across the street from Marion Oliver McCaw Hall. This garage is operated by the Seattle Center, and parking rates range from $5.00$15.00, depending on demand. There are also additional private parking lots throughout the area. Bus service to the Seattle Center is provided by numerous Metro Transit routes. TICKETS Find Will Call and Ticket Sales at McCaw Hall's Box Office located on the Kreielsheimer Promenade (entry level) to the right of the Grand Staircase. Windows open 90 minutes prior to PNB productions. Purchase tickets now or view prices and seating Dining Café Impromptu, conveniently located in McCaw hall at the south end of the Kreielsheimer Promenade (entry level), offers full-meal service before performances and snacks, beverages and desserts during intermissions. The Café opens two hours prior to each performance and no reservations are necessary. Take advantage of "Dinner and a Lecture" by arriving early for a quick meal and thoughtful pre-performance lecture. Café Impromptu also serves a fantastic Sunday Brunch Buffet for each Sunday performance. You are welcome to come and enjoy even if you're not planning on attending that day's performance. Concessions are open prior to the performance and at intermission. Enjoy full bar service and choose from a variety of light snacks such as Organic To Go Wraps and the Westin's signature Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookie. For your convenience, you may pre-order drinks and snacks so they will be ready for you at intermission. Café Impromptu serves a seasonally creative wholesome menu. Amusements Giftshop
Amusements makes any trip to see PNB complete. Each production brings something new to McCaw Hall's gift shop located on the Kreielsheimer Promenade (entry level). At Amusements you'll find a delightful selection of unique ballet and opera production-related items, including PNB apparel, music, DVDs and videos, posters from PNB performances, kids' clothes and toys, books, signed pointe shoes, jewelry, Nutcracker decorations, and much more! Open 2 hours prior to curtain and during intermissions on performance dates. Please also see PNB's Online Giftshop. Amusements is operated jointly by Pacific Northwest Ballet and Seattle Opera. LECTURES Pre-Performance LecturesFREE When: One hour prior to all performances (except Nutcracker) Where: Nesholm Lecture Hall, McCaw Hall Admission: Free for ticketholders Join Education Programs Manager Doug Fullington for a 30-minute introduction to each performance, including discussions of choreography, music, history, design and the process of bringing ballet to the stage. The Nesholm Lecture Hall may be entered via its own entrance off Mercer Street or accessed by elevator or stairs one floor below the main entrance. Post-Performance Q&AFREE When: Immediately following each performance (excluding Nutcracker) Where: Norcliffe Room, McCaw Hall Admission: Free for ticketholders After the show, skip the traffic and enjoy a post-performance Q&A session with Artistic Director Peter Boal and PNB dancers.
