Simply provide a brief description of your desired series, your ideal seats, and what you would like to do if your request is unavailable. Remember: if your desired seats are unavailable, you can always keep your seats in your original subscription series.

After the renewal deadline is past (and subscribers have had the opportunity to secure their subscription seats), the Box Office begins processing change requests. The Box Office processes change requests in the order they receive them, so the earlier you renew, the better chance you have of receiving your desired seats.
