I requested a change to my subscription. When will I hear what my new seats are?
The PNB Box Office begins processing change requests in late June. They will notify you of your subscription seats via email by July 15.
If I request a change to my subscription, will I lose my seats?
No! The PNB Box Office will only release your subscription seats if they are able to fulfill your desired seating/change requests. If subscribers renew before the deadline, they always have the option to keep their current seats.

- Renew online by visiting PNB.org/Renew.
