Registration for the 2012-2013 School Year is now open for Duet, PNB Tots and Creative Movement only. Please review the supplementary information provided regarding Tuition, Dress Code and the School Calendar.

To register, please print the registration form below.  Return the completed form to the school of your choice.  Classes fill on a first come, first served basis.
