REACH Student Dance Group

A partnership between Pacific Northwest Ballet and Whim W’Him Contemporary Dance Center, REACH is an intensive 10-week dance workshop for students ages 10-14.

REACH offers a supportive environment and a unique opportunity for students both new to and experienced in dance. No previous dance training required, all dance experience levels welcome.

In the Winter 2026 session, participants will collaborate with professional choreographer and teaching artist Eva Stone, supported by emerging choreographer Olivia Evans, to create a new piece of choreography they will perform onstage at McCaw Hall.

Eva Stone (PNBS Faculty) is a choreographer and teaching artist with 30+ years of experience and has created dance for thousands of students with a wide range of experience. Her collaborative process offers each participant the opportunity to learn, engage, and participate in the final project. Ms. Stone is a longstanding member of the Seattle dance community and is dedicated to sharing her wit and wisdom about dance, creativity, education, and how movement brings us all closer together.

Olivia Evans (PNBS Faculty) has created live and filmed works for over 5 years. Her creative process is bolstered by her experience teaching a multitude of students in studios, public schools, and community centers across Seattle.
