The Director of Development designs and over sees fundraising programs and campaigns, within a 12 member Development Department to ensure the acquisition and retention of all contributed revenues for Pacific Northwest Ballet Association and the Pacific Northwest Ballet School. Cultivates and solicits major gifts ($10,000 and above) from individuals, corporations and foundations, with an annual funding goal of $6M - $7M in support of the ballet’s overall $23M operating budget.
