Patron Services Representative – PNB Box Office
PNB is seeking a representative in our Patron Services Department. Our Patron Services Representative represents PNB over the phone, online and in-person selling single tickets and subscriptions, soliciting donations, and providing excellent customer service while upholding our equity practice. Starting pay range $20.80 – $21.10/hour.

Capital Campaign Coordinator
The Capital Campaign Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of a comprehensive fundraising campaign. The successful candidate will work closely with the development department, campaign steering committee, senior leadership, and various stakeholders to facilitate the campaign’s success. This position serves as a project manager – supporting the front-line fundraisers in preparing for campaign asks and acknowledgements, reporting out on campaign progress, and preparing meeting agendas and materials. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills. We anticipate this role to be active through campaign completion, estimated to be a minimum of three years. This is a full-time benefitted position, starting pay range $70K – $75K/year.
Assistant Manager – Amusements Gift Shop
Amusements Gift Shop is jointly operated by Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) and The Seattle Opera (SO) in the Marion Oliver McCaw Hall. Responsibilities include serving as gift shop lead, managing the online gift shop, training and managing volunteers, and maintaining the product stock and appearance of the gift shop.
