Subscribers can keep their seats for a lifetime, so the PNB Box Office must wait until current subscribers have had the opportunity to renew before processing change requests or new subscriptions. After the renewal deadline has passed, unrenewed seats are released and opened for sale, leaving us with an accurate picture of seat availability. Only then do we start fulfilling seat change requests from renewing subscribers, followed by seat assignments for new subscribers.

Because the Box Office processes ticket requests in the order we receive them, you are more likely to receive your desired seats by placing your order as soon as possible. Remember: subscriptions are fully refundable until your first performance, so there is no risk in placing a request!
