Ways to Give
-

-
Yes! Many employers match gifts made by active and retired employees. Please contact your human resources department to see if your company participates and obtain a matching gift form. Matching gifts to the Pacific Northwest Ballet Association go toward the PNB Annual Fund and grant Membership benefits, whereas matching gifts to the Pacific Northwest Ballet Foundation go toward the PNB Endowment and do not grant Membership benefits. Donors will be recognized for the full amount of their donation plus the match. PNB’s federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 91-0897129.
-

-
Yes. Please indicate you would like to decline benefits online when making a gift or make a note when mailing a check to ensure your gift is 100% tax-deductible. You may also contact the Development Office at Giving@PNB.org for assistance.
-
Yes. Some PNB Membership benefits include items with a monetary value — called fair market value — that affect whether your donation is fully tax-deductible. When the value of a benefit is below the IRS threshold, your donation remains 100% tax-deductible. For example, the Choreographers' Club PNB Calendar benefit is available with a 100% tax-deductible donation. Only benefits marked with an asterisk (*) have a fair market value above the IRS threshold and are not included with a 100% tax-deductible donation.
-
Gifts of $2,499 and under will receive an emailed tax receipt and gifts of $2,500 and above will receive a mailed tax receipt 7-10 business days after making a gift. If you would like a copy of your tax receipt, please contact the Development Office by emailing Giving@PNB.org.
-
All PNB Membership donors at the Choreographers’ Club level ($2,500 annual donation) and higher have access to the PNB Donor Lounge for refreshments and bites pre-show and during intermission of your performance. Make a gift today to join us in the Donor Lounge!
-
Membership privileges and benefits last for one full year from the date of the donation. Additional gifts made within the year of the initial donation may affect Membership level.
-
Most benefit information will be delivered to your email on file. To ensure that you are receiving our emails, add Giving@PNB.org and Events@PNB.org to your contacts. If you aren’t receiving email for benefits like invitations for studio rehearsals, dress rehearsals, calendar pick-up, etc., you may have unsubscribed from emails, or they are going to your spam folder. To update your email settings, reach out to Giving@PNB.org.
-
A Membership is a tax-deductible donation you make to Pacific Northwest Ballet. For those who want to take advantage of them, there are Membership benefits at various giving levels. A subscription is the purchase of tickets to a series of performances during our season at McCaw Hall. Subscriptions are not tax-deductible. Learn more about subscriptions at Ticket FAQs.

Many donors make multiple gifts throughout the year. Depending on the date of your initial gift, an additional gift may increase your Membership level and provide extra benefits. Please contact the Development Office at Giving@PNB.org for guidance on your current Membership level and how an additional gift would affect your Membership.
