Administrative Assistant – PNB School

Pacific Northwest Ballet School has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to divide time between our Seattle & Bellevue locations. Hours will include evenings and Saturdays. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, self-motivated with a proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks/projects. The position is highly customer service oriented and a desire to work with the public and with children is critical. Knowledge of ballet and interest in the arts is preferred. Individual Giving & Board Liaison Associate

The Individual Giving and Board Liaison Associate is responsible for managing a portfolio of 70-100 donors and prospects with the capacity to give $4,000 – $9,999 for cultivation, solicitation and stewardship purposes. This position is also responsible for most of the administrative support for PNB’s overall individual giving programs. Teaching Artist Apprentice

PNB teaching artist apprentices are responsible for supporting Community Education teaching artist faculty during in-school residency programs (DISCOVER DANCE, Dance To Learn, and EYES ON DANCE). This includes co-teaching, meeting with Education staff, and assisting with written curriculum. DCM Sales Representative (supporting Pacific Northwest Ballet)

Passionate about the arts? DCM is looking for articulate and enthusiastic sales callers to join our PNB phone sales team. Employees of our sales team will call potential donors and subscribers who have attended PNB in the past (no cold calling). Previous experience is a plus, and we will train for the right match.
Time Commitment: Part time position with flexible hours on evenings and weekends in a fantastic team environment located at our Seattle office in Seattle Center.
Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission.

Certified Pilates Instructors

Pacific Northwest Ballet seeks Certified Pilates Instructors for its Eastside location. Immediate position available: Must be able to work late afternoons, early evenings, and some Saturdays.
