Tuition & Scholarships
Tuition
All students who enroll for Pre-Ballet, Level I-Level VIII, and Professional Division classes are enrolling for the entire school year (September 9, 2021-June 18, 2022), and are obligated to pay the full year’s tuition fees, regardless of payment option (year in full, biannual, or monthly installments.)
Creative Movement and Children’s Division Boys students must withdraw one week prior to the start of the upcoming quarter in order to not be financially obligated for the upcoming quarter. There are no partial refunds if students withdraw part-way through a quarter.
Biannual and monthly payment options include an additional processing fee.
Hybrid instruction (a combination of in person and online classes) may be necessary for certain levels, depending upon enrollment. Any student enrolled in a hybrid class may opt out and withdraw from classes by October 1, 2021 with a full refund. There will be no further refund option available for any reason at any time during the 2021-22 school year after October 1, 2021, including technical issues related to internet connection or poor video/sound quality that may occur during PNB School zoom classes; or mandatory closures due to state and/or local mandates.
For all levels not requiring Hybrid instruction, 2021-22 tuition is non-refundable once classes begin for any reason, including mandatory closures due to state and/or local mandates.
The school year begins on September 9, 2021 and ends on June 18, 2022.
Holiday closures including winter and spring break dates are listed in the School Calendar and will be sent to families separately.
Creative Movement and Children’s Division Boys students enroll for 9-week Quarters with full-year, semester, or quarter tuition payment due one week prior to the start of each quarter.
A $50 fee will be charged to active accounts more than 30 days past due.
Monthly installment payments are due by the first day of each month.
Accounts delinquent three months require enrollment in Auto-payments.
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes for the Level in which they are registered. Partial attendance is not allowed.
Students may be eligible for pro-rated tuition if they must withdraw from classes due to prolonged illness or severe injury (verified by physician’s written orders). Students must be unable to participate in classes for 30 days or more due to injury/illness in order to be eligible for a partial refund. No full refunds will be given for an injury.
Students in Level III and above who do not enroll for the 2021-22 school year by November 1, 2021 or withdraw from the School for any reason after classes have begun and wish to re-enroll at a later date must audition for re-admission to the School. Re-admission is not guaranteed for any returning student.
The mandatory accident insurance fee is included in the tuition payment. Please note that PNBS’ insurance is a secondary policy.
