Administrative Assistant PNB School

The Administrative Assistant at Pacific Northwest Ballet School provides support to the Administrative Director, School Principals, and School Supervisor. As front desk staff, excellent communication skills, professional experience, and attention to detail are necessary in order to enforce, explain, and carry out school policies and expectations. Ballet Instructor

Pacific Northwest Ballet School is looking to hire a Classical Ballet Instructor with strong emphasis on teaching male students. Significant professional performing and teaching experience recommended. The candidate must be available to teach 10-15 classes per week (in Seattle & Bellevue schools) and be proficient with all students, ages 7-19, at all levels of development. In addition, candidate must have ability to engage and teach recreational adult students. PNB School is open Mon-Sat, 44 weeks per year. The candidate is expected to work as part of a team attending faculty and syllabus meetings and holding conferences with students and parents. Certified Pilates Instructors

Pacific Northwest Ballet seeks Certified Pilates Instructors for its Eastside location. Immediate position available: Must be able to work late afternoons, early evenings, and some Saturdays. Corporate Relations Manager

Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for raising over $900K in funds from corporate partners and ArtsFund, including all aspects of development and management of corporate relations strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. DCM Sales Representative (supporting Pacific Northwest Ballet)

Passionate about the arts? DCM is looking for articulate and enthusiastic sales callers to join our PNB phone sales team. Employees of our sales team will call potential donors and subscribers who have attended PNB in the past (no cold calling). Previous experience is a plus, and we will train for the right match.
Time Commitment: Part time position with flexible hours on evenings and weekends in a fantastic team environment located at our Seattle office in Seattle Center.

Drummer Accompanist – Community Education

PNB drummers are responsible for supporting Community Education teaching artist faculty during in-school residency programs (DISCOVER DANCE and DANCE TO LEARN) and field trips at Pacific Northwest Ballet studios. Major Gifts Officer

The PNB Major Gifts Officer is responsible for identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of a portfolio consisting of 100-150 major donors and prospects (with philanthropic capacity to contribute a minimum of $5,000 – $25,000, or greater, annually) including planned giving donors and prospects. Manage strategic planning, solicitation process, direct communications, and high-touch stewardship activities to acquire and retain donors for the Members of the Barre/Stowell Society annual giving and Révérence Society planned giving campaigns. Master Electrician – IATSE Local #15

The Master Electrician, under the supervision of the Technical Director and in cooperation with the Resident Lighting Designer/Coordinator, implements the lighting design. The Master Electrician is directly responsible for the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of all lighting equipment and the supervision of the crews who hang, focus, and run the lighting equipment. Next Step Coordinator (internal PNB candidates only)

Next Step is a PNB initiative which exists to foster choreographic talent among company dancers. The initiative is a nine-month process which includes educational seminars, development tools, rehearsal time/space, and access to PNB’s production resources. The program culminates in a choreographic showcase where PNB School’s Professional Division students take center stage in and all-premiere line up of Next Step works created just for them.
