Director of Development

The Director of Development designs and oversees fundraising programs and campaigns, within an 11 member Development Department, to ensure the acquisition and retention of all contributed revenues for Pacific Northwest Ballet Association and the Pacific Northwest Ballet School. Ballet Instructor

Pacific Northwest Ballet School is looking to hire a Classical Ballet Instructor with strong emphasis on teaching male students. Significant professional performing and teaching experience recommended. The candidate must be available to teach 10-15 classes per week (in Seattle & Bellevue schools) and be proficient with all students, ages 7-19, at all levels of development. In addition, candidate must have ability to engage and teach recreational adult students. PNB School is open Mon-Sat, 44 weeks per year. The candidate is expected to work as part of a team attending faculty and syllabus meetings and holding conferences with students and parents. Email Marketing Coordinator

Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Marketing Coordinator will write, create, implement and evaluate PNB’s marketing department email campaigns; serve as expert advisor for development, school, and community education email efforts; draft and edit content for the web; participate in the management of PNB’s social media channels; serve as a member of the marketing/box office revenue team; provide PR support; coordinate marketing promotional events designed to engage and enrich the audience experience; and provide operational support of the department. DCM Sales Representative (supporting Pacific Northwest Ballet)

Passionate about the arts? DCM is looking for articulate and enthusiastic sales callers to join our PNB phone sales team. Employees of our sales team will call potential donors and subscribers who have attended PNB in the past (no cold calling). Previous experience is a plus, and we will train for the right match.
Time Commitment: Part time position with flexible hours on evenings and weekends in a fantastic team environment located at our Seattle office in Seattle Center.
Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission.
