Ballet Master & Scheduler

The Ballet Master assists the Artistic Director with oversight of rehearsals and staging ballets. The Ballet Master is responsible for training and development of all Dancer Artists and interfaces with several artistic and departmental leaders to formulate rehearsal schedules. Donor Information Coordinator

The Donor Information Coordinator uses the Tessitura Database to manage gift entry and acknowledgements within the Development Department. This position also serves as the principal liaison with the Finance Department for daily gift entry reporting, monthly reconciliation, and annual audit.  Click here for full job description.

Assistant Carpenter

The Assistant Carpenter, under the supervision of the Master Carpenter, assists in the construction, mounting, and rigging of the scenery. Supervise stage carpenter over-hires during installation and running of scenery onstage for shows throughout the season, running from September-June. At the direction of, and together with the Master Carpenter, maintain the scene-shop equipment and supplies. This is a IATSE Local #15 job opportunity. DCM Sales Representative (supporting Pacific Northwest Ballet)

Passionate about the arts? DCM is looking for articulate and enthusiastic sales callers to join our PNB phone sales team. Employees of our sales team will call potential donors and subscribers who have attended PNB in the past (no cold calling). Previous experience is a plus, and we will train for the right match.
Time Commitment: Part time position with flexible hours on evenings and weekends in a fantastic team environment located at our Seattle office in Seattle Center.
Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission.

Certified Pilates Instructors

Pacific Northwest Ballet seeks Certified Pilates Instructors for its Eastside location. Immediate position available: Must be able to work late afternoons, early evenings, and some Saturdays.
