Dylan Calahan (he/him) is from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He studied at Michigan Ballet Academy, privately with Laura Berman, The School of American Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. He also attended summer courses at Pacific Northwest Ballet and The School of American Ballet on scholarship. He joined Pacific Northwest Ballet as an apprentice in 2022 and was promoted to corps de ballet in 2023.

While a student at Pacific Northwest Ballet, Dylan performed in Company productions of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®; Jean-Christophe Maillot’s Roméo et Juliette; Justin Peck’s The Times Are Racing; Kent Stowell’s Swan Lake; and Twyla Tharp’s Waiting at the Station. He performed leading and featured roles in Bruce Wells’s Beauty and the Beast (Gaston); Jonathan Batista’s Encontro and James Kirby Rogers’ Quanta for NEXT STEP; and Christopher D’Ariano’s Homage.
