Carli Samuelson is from Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. She trained at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. Ms. Samuelson danced for Pennsylvania Ballet before joining Pacific Northwest Ballet as a corps de ballet dancer in 2008.

In 2011, Ms. Samuelson performed as a guest artist on Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet’s “Stars of CPYB” performance.

Leading Roles

George Balanchine’s Coppélia (Waltz of the Golden Hours), Ulysses Dove’s Vespers, Ronald Hynd’s The Sleeping Beauty (Bluebird pas de deux), Alexei Ratmansky’s Don Quixote (Cupid), and Twyla Tharp’s Nine Sinatra Songs.

George Balanchine’s Divertimento from “Le Baiser de la Fée and The Four Temperaments; Ronald Hynd’s The Sleeping Beauty (Red Riding Hood, White Cat); Jiri Kylian’s Sechs Tänze (Six Dances); Alexei Ratmansky’s Concerto DSCH; and Kent Stowell’s Nutcracker and Swan Lake.

At Pennsylvania Ballet, Ms. Samuelson performed works by Balanchine, Peter Quanz, and Christopher Wheeldon.
