Lesley Rausch is from Columbus, Ohio. She studied with Shir Lee Wu at Columbus Youth Ballet and also trained at Pacific Northwest Ballet School. She joined Pacific Northwest Ballet as member of the corps de ballet in 2001 and was promoted to soloist in 2007.

In addition to her performing career, Ms. Rausch has been a guest teacher at New American Youth Ballet in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
