One part Wizard of Oz, one part Tom Thumb, Momotaro (The Peach Boy) is a narrated, hour-long performance featuring PNB School students in Jessica Lang and Kanji Segawa’s brand-new adaptation of Japan’s oldest folk tale! Follow the adventures of Momotaro as he befriends animals, fights ogres, and seeks his fortune this March! This addition to PNB’s family matinee series is the perfect introduction to ballet for young audiences.
This free, family-friendly event will celebrate Japanese and Japanese American art, dance, and culture.
PNB’s sensory-friendly performances are open to all with extra supports and lobby activities.
