Madison Rayn Abeo is from Seattle, Washington. She studied at Cornish Preparatory Dance Program and on scholarship at Pacific Northwest Ballet School, and she attended summer courses at American Ballet Theatre, Los Angeles Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Summer Dance Lab, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. She joined Pacific Northwest Ballet as an apprentice in 2016, was promoted to corps de ballet in 2017, and promoted to soloist in 2022.

Madison has danced leading roles in George Balanchine’s Duo Concertant, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® (Sugar Plum Fairy, Dewdrop, Coffee, Harlequin, Columbine, Marzipan); Peter Boal’s Giselle (Giselle); William Forsythe’s New Suite; Ronald Hynd’s The Sleeping Beauty (Fairy of Temperament, Blue Bird pas de deux); Jessica Lang’s Her Door to the Sky; Crystal Pite’s Plot Point; Dwight Rhoden’s Catching Feelings; and Kent Stowell’s Carmina Burana, Cinderella (Spring, Columbine); and Swan Lake (Pas de trois). She has originated leading roles in Donald Byrd’s Love and Loss; Vincent Michael Lopez’s Op.21; and Alexei Ratmansky’s Wartime Elegy.
